Terms of Service

By accessing and using the VIGO HACCP platform, operated by Geração Imaginar Lda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Service.

VIGO HACCP is a SaaS platform for digitising and managing HACCP plans in HORECA sector establishments in Portugal.

Accounts are created exclusively by certified partners or by the platform administrator. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials (OTP). Credential sharing is prohibited.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered on the platform. HACCP records are legally binding documents for inspection purposes (ASAE). Geração Imaginar Lda is not responsible for incorrect data entered by users.

The Service is provided as-is. We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

All intellectual property rights in the VIGO HACCP platform belong to Geração Imaginar Lda. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geração Imaginar Lda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or by administrator decision.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email and/or platform notification.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
